Jeanne D’Arc (R97) The French helicopter carrier Jeanne D’Arc (R97), accompanied by the destroyer Georges Leygues (D640) started a visit on 19th April 2002. On board were four French Army Air Corps helicopters, two Westland/Aerospatialle Pumas and two Gazelles, all with Armee de Terre titles.
One Puma, C-ZP, c/n 1634, was in a sand and tan camouflage, whilst the second one, C-ZC, c/n 1239, was in green and earth, and also had a radar nose.
